KCS Education are looking for an enthusiastic Account Manager to drive their future growth by owning and growing a portfolio of customer accounts in the Education sector.
As this is a target driven role, the successful candidate will need to be tenacious and have the ability to win new business and an understanding of the customer sales cycle.

Key duties –
- Manage, grow and own a portfolio of Educational Establishments involving a mixture of sales visits and calls to customers across the South East
- Actively promote products and services to increase revenue sales and seek opportunities
- Negotiate with customers on their full product portfolio to grow the adoption of more product ranges
- Use and update company IT systems such as our ZOHO CRM with accurate data entry to include activity logging, customer information and quotations
- Able to deal with requests from our customer base with ownership. To include liaising with internal departments and colleagues
What we need from you
- Proven Account Management experience is essential, winning new business both in person and remotely
- Previous experience working with a wide range of products and services in a volume-activity business
- Able to confidently to work and travel independently
- Able to negotiate, deliver benefit statements and demonstrate best value to customers
- Able to effectively ask questions to understand and assess customer needs in order to deliver solutions
