  • I joined CSG in April 2020 as a Customer Service Advisor for LASER Energy. The majority of my career was spent within customer service, and I assumed that my future career path would be based upon this. However, at CSG there are always opportunities to expand your career options. In February 2022 I left LASER to start as a Junior Project Manager for CS Group Ops after applying to an internal job advert. Despite having no prior experience in project management, my customer service skills were recognised as being transferable. 2 year after starting at CSG I am on a completely new career path, and am excited to see what the future holds.
