What You’ll Bring:

KCS Education are looking for a versatile and self-motivated individual with a confident telephone manner to join their dedicated Customer Experience team. The successful candidate will take ownership and pride in providing excellent customer service to play a key part in nurturing and retaining their customers.

What You’ll Achieve:

As Customer Experience Executive you will:

• Consistently provide excellent customer service, taking ownership of queries through to resolution stage promptly and efficiently
• Regularly capture, populate and accurately maintain the CRM system all activity relating to your customers details
• Answer incoming calls in line with agreed service levels as well as make outbound calls to provide both order and delivery updates
• Support in managing a variety of email inboxes in the Customer Experience department covering anything from orders to discrepancies/complaints and product sourcing
• Ensure all orders are input accurately and efficiently
• Build repeat sales through strong customer relationships by focusing on customers wants and needs

What We Require:

• Proven experience within a fast-paced customer facing role
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office packages, particularly Outlook and Excel
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
• Previous experience of working in an office-based role is desirable but not essential
