What you’ll be doing

• Generating New Business.
• Effectively managing customers via the CRM.
• Provide tailored quotations/proposals to potential customers.
• Convert quotations into sales.
• Ongoing customer relationship management.
• Retain existing customers & upsell additional services/products.

What we’re looking for

• Proven motivation and target-driven mindset, with resilience and strong objection-handling skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, confident in pitching and closing sales.
• Well-organised and detail-oriented, able to manage CRM records and follow structured processes.
• Ability to quickly develop and adapt product knowledge in a fast-paced, changing industry.
• Proactive approach to customer retention and upselling, ensuring long-term client satisfaction.
