We’re looking for a reliable and self-motivated 3.5T Multidrop Driver to join our dedicated KCS Education logistics team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital role in delivering educational supplies to schools and public sector organisations across Kent, Sussex and Surrey. You'll be a key part of our customer experience - representing our brand, maintaining high standards, and ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.

As a 3.5T Multidrop Driver, you’ll be responsible for safely delivering customer orders while maintaining exceptional service standards. You will play a key role in building strong relationships with customers and ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.

This is a hands-on role where your punctuality, reliability, and attention to detail will help shape the customer experience and uphold KCS’s reputation for excellence.

What you’ll be doing

• Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and report any defects
• Deliver goods efficiently across Kent, Sussex and Surrey
• Ensure accurate completion of all paperwork and reporting
• Communicate any issues, delays or feedback during debrief
• Maintain compliance with road transport regulations and internal procedures
• Uphold excellent customer service at every touchpoint
• Operate vehicles safely, responsibly and with care

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in a multidrop delivery role
• Good geographical knowledge of Kent, Sussex and London
• Ability to operate a Category B vehicle
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve on the go
