What You’ll Bring:

Commercial Services Groups Recruitment Division continues to go through sustainable growth with the increase of its joint venture partnerships and therefore we are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Digital Marketing Apprentice who will help drive marketing campaigns for our recruitment managed service brands.

This is an exciting, fast-paced role which that will focus on enhancing the digital footprint of the recruitment brands ensuring content is engaging, authentic and reaches the right target audiences, whilst aligning with business objectives.

As part of a growing marketing team, the role will be critical in helping drive up brand awareness to assist with new venture partnerships and to support our current partnerships. The right person for this role will have a digital mind with a creative flare and will be excited to support the Division’s multi-brand approach in the market and to support the growth of current and future partnerships.

What You’ll Achieve:

As Digital Marketing Apprentice you will:

• Assist in creating website and social media content, supporting digital marketing efforts.
• Collaborate on marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to boost brand visibility.
• Support the Digital Marketing Executive with blog posts and other web content requirements.
• Work on improving website traffic for recruitment sites and align digital marketing with recruitment goals.
• Participate in events, exhibitions, and training, while contributing innovative ideas during brainstorming sessions.

What We Require:

• GCSE English or equivalent
• Working knowledge of social media platforms
• Excellent organisation skills, particularly when it comes to prioritising own workload
• Ability to apply creativity and flexibility to generate new and innovative ideas
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
